Tikigaq Corporation of Point Hope, Alaska, is an Alaska Native Village Corporation, which was established in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA).
The corporation has approximately 1,400 Inupiat shareholders. A majority of our shareholders are in Point Hope, and are also shareholders of the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC). Tikigaq has proven arctic construction capabilities, rural and urban environmental expertise, logistics services experience, and supports local hire throughout various projects. Our resources include staff engineers, scientists, project managers, superintendents, office managers, purchasing agents, quality control personnel, and safety specialists.
Tikigaq has operations in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Anchorage, Fairbanks and Point Hope, Alaska; Theodore, Alabama; Sonora, California; Atlanta, Georgia; Harlingen, Texas; Winston-Salem, North Carolina; and Guam.
AGVIQ LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tikigaq Corporation, successfully graduated from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Program in February 2010, and is a successful small business. AGVIQ has Joint Venture agreements with CH2M HILL, a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations and program management services.
AGVIQ Environmental Services, LLC
Tikigaq Construction, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tikigaq Corporation, successfully graduated from the SBA 8(a) program in March 2017. It is a successful certified HUBZone qualified small business concern (SBC) since August 2013.
Tikigaq Federal Services, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tikigaq Corporation was established in April 2016. It specializes in Operations and Mainenance (O&M) Services, Base Operations Services, Facility Security Services, and Caretaker services.
